Savory roast beef and melted Swiss cheese wrapped in warm, buttery biscuits, perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup beef broth (for dipping)
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until translucent.
  3. Add thinly sliced roast beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute until warmed through.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit. Spoon the beef mixture and a sprinkle of Swiss cheese into the center, fold, and seal.
  5. Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush tops with melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While biscuits bake, heat beef broth in a saucepan for dipping.
  7. Serve warm with beef broth alongside for dipping.
