Chocolate Dipped Oreo Cookies

Delightful chocolate-covered Oreos that combine creamy chocolate with crunchy cookies, perfect for any sweet tooth craving.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 lb. white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut oil, divided
  • 18 Double Stuf Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the semi-sweet chocolate and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
  3. Melt in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between.
  4. Transfer one fourth of the liquid chocolate into a plastic zip bag for piping.
  5. Repeat the melting process with the white chocolate.
  6. Dip an Oreo into the melted chocolate until fully coated, allowing excess to drip off.
  7. Transfer dipped cookies to the lined baking sheet and pipe circles of opposite colored chocolate on top.
  8. Use a toothpick to create designs.
  9. Repeat the process with all cookies and refrigerate to set.

Notes

Use tongs while dipping to minimize mess. Store extras in an airtight container in the freezer for up to three months.
