A nostalgic no-bake dessert that combines fluffy marshmallows, rich chocolate, and crunchy graham crackers into a delightful cheeseball.

  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, plus more for coating
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers, plus more for coating
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Graham crackers, for serving
  • Chocolate bars, broken into squares, for serving
  • Marshmallows, for serving

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by microwaving it in 15-second intervals until pliable.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Sift in powdered sugar and cocoa powder, gently folding into the mixture until combined.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto plastic wrap, shape it into a ball, and chill for at least 2 hours.
  7. Prepare the coating by combining remaining chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers.
  8. Once chilled, unwrap the cheeseball and roll it in the coating.
  9. Serve on a platter with graham crackers, chocolate squares, and marshmallows for dipping.
  10. Optionally, toast marshmallows before serving for extra indulgence.
