A delightful and festive treat combining the flavors of gingerbread with creamy white chocolate, perfect for the holiday season.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (340 g) white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp mini red and green M&Ms
  • 10 to 12 store-bought or homemade gingerbread cookies
  • 1 tsp red and green nonpareils
  • 1 tsp red and green jimmies

Instructions

  1. In a medium heatproof bowl, microwave the white chocolate chips in 15-second increments, stirring until melted and smooth (about 1 minute).
  2. Add the ground ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and kosher salt; stir until thoroughly combined.
  3. Spread the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Decorate with gingerbread cookies, mini M&Ms, nonpareils, and jimmies.
  5. Refrigerate until set, approximately 15 minutes, then break into bite-size pieces to serve.

Notes

Avoid overheating the chocolate to prevent it from seizing. Make sure to spread chocolate evenly for the best texture.
