  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans, optional)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or additional basil)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, chopped basil, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-blended.
  2. Transfer the cheese mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a log using the wrap.
  3. Place the wrapped log in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld and firm up.
  4. Once chilled, unwrap the log and roll it in chopped nuts if desired for added crunch.
  5. Transfer the log to a serving platter and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
