Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs Boneless Chicken Breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (or almond flour for gluten-free)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika (smoked paprika adds depth)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Eggs, beaten (or flax eggs for vegan)
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs (gluten-free panko available)
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated for best flavor)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (or avocado oil)
  • Fresh Parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station with bowls for flour, beaten eggs, and panko mixed with Parmesan.
  4. Bread the chicken by dipping each piece first in flour, then in egg, and finally in the panko mixture. Place on a baking sheet.
  5. Lightly drizzle olive oil over the breaded chicken.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Toss wings with melted garlic butter just before serving.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with dipping sauces.

Notes

Consider using almond flour for a gluten-free version or using crushed oats/nuts for breadcrumbs.
