Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  • Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread fig jam evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.

Topping and Baking

  • Top with mozzarella cheese and layer on the prosciutto slices.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with goat cheese and fresh arugula.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Slice and serve hot.

Notes

For an even crispier crust, preheat a pizza stone in the oven. You can customize toppings or substitute arugula and cheese based on preference.
