Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions and keep warm.
  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart until browned, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
  • Add red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli, cooking for another 5 to 7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Remove from heat and mix in half of the bang bang sauce.

Assembly

  • Place jasmine rice into bowls and top with the turkey and vegetable mixture.
  • Drizzle remaining bang bang sauce over each bowl.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate ground turkey in soy sauce and lime juice for 15-20 minutes before cooking. Chopped cilantro can provide a fresh note, and adjust sriracha to taste for spice preferences.
