Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, mixing until incorporated.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust.

Making the filling

  • Add in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in the blackberry puree until well combined.

Baking
