Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a blender, add the grated carrots, sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs. Blend on high until smooth.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder.
  • Pour the carrot mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Gradually add the milk, stirring until you achieve a velvety smooth batter.
  • Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch pan, spreading it evenly.

Baking

Frosting
