Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.

  • In another bowl, cream together unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the milk and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter.

Baking

  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Frosting
