  • Sprinkle in garlic powder and Italian seasoning, folding them gently into the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it into a rectangular shape about ¼ inch thick.
  • Sprinkle fresh oregano on top if using, then place in the oven to bake for 18-22 minutes.
  • Check for doneness by gently touching the center of the flatbread; it should spring back.

Notes

Consider adding finely chopped herbs like chives or basil for a fresh twist. For extra crispiness, turn on the broiler for the last minute of baking. Store wrapped in plastic wrap for up to 5 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months.
