Instructions
 

Cook the Linguine

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a bit of the pasta water.

Sauté the Garlic

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes, being careful not to let it brown.

Prepare the Feta Mixture

  • In a bowl, combine crumbled feta, heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest. Mix until smooth but still textured.

Combine Pasta and Sauce

  • Add the cooked linguine to the pan with garlic. Pour the feta mixture over the pasta and gently toss to combine. Heat through, adding reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.

Season and Serve

  • Season generously with salt and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice and zest for best flavor. Add grilled chicken or vegetables for variations. For extra creaminess, stir in butter before serving.
