Cooking

  • In a non-stick skillet, heat enough vegetable oil over medium heat to coat the bottom.
  • Pour half of the batter into the skillet and spread evenly. Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Using two spatulas, carefully flip the pancake and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the second side is crispy.
  • Transfer the pancake onto paper towels to drain excess oil, then cut into wedges and serve immediately.
