Ingredients
  

Tart Base

  • 1 pre-made tart shell 1 Pre-Made Tart Shell Choose a buttery, tender shell or make your own.

Cream Cheese Filling

  • 8 oz 8 oz Cream Cheese (Softened) Ensure cream cheese is softened for best texture.
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 Cup Butter (Cold) Used if making your own tart shell.
  • 1 cup 1 Cup Powdered Sugar Adds sweetness to the filling.
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Infuses flavor into the cream cheese mixture.

Fruits

  • 1 cup 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries (Hulled and Sliced) Adds sweetness and beautiful color.
  • 1 cup 1 Cup Blueberries Adds a tart flavor.
  • 1 cup 1 Cup Kiwi Slices Provides a tangy contrast.
  • 1 cup 1 Cup Mango Chunks Adds tropical sweetness.
  • 5 leaves 5 Leaves Mint Leaves (Fresh) For garnish.

Glaze

  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Apricot Jam (For Glaze) Gives a glossy finish to the tart.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • If using a pre-made tart shell, place it on a serving platter. If making from scratch, blend cold butter into flour and sugar until crumbly, then press into a tart pan and bake until golden. Allow to cool.

Creaming

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.

Assembly

  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in the cooled tart shell.
  • Layer strawberries, blueberries, kiwi slices, and mango chunks in concentric circles on top of the cream cheese filling.
  • Warm the apricot jam until runny and brush it over the fruits.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  • Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Using fresh and ripe fruits enhances flavor. For variations, try using different seasonal fruits or a gluten-free tart shell.
