Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Set up your stations: In one bowl, pour the flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs, and in a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with Italian seasoning.

Coating
