Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar until combined.
  • Melt the butter and allow it to cool slightly. Combine it in another bowl with whole milk, vanilla extract, and eggs. Beat these ingredients together.
  • Mix your wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.

Baking

  • Spoon the batter into cupcake liners placed in a muffin tin, filling each about two-thirds full.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Strawberry Preparation
