  • 1 cup fresh berries Strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons crushed almonds Provides crunchy, nutty elements.
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes Adds a tropical flair.
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds Delivers essential nutrients and crunch.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all the ingredients and set them out on your counter.
  • In a blending jar, add the fresh spinach.
  • Quarter the cucumber and add it to the blend.
  • Slice the banana and add it along with the lime juice and almond milk.
  • Sprinkle chia seeds on top of the mixture.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides as needed.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl and arrange the toppings: fresh berries, crushed almonds, coconut flakes, and pumpkin seeds.
  • Serve garnished with lime or mint.

Notes

Pre-chill your ingredients for a cold bowl. Use ripe bananas for creaminess. Adjust consistency with almond milk.
