  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries Sliced thin.
  • 1 cup Blueberries Plump and succulent.
  • 1 cup Raspberries Tangy and refreshing.
  • 1 cup Granola For crunch.
  • 1/4 cup Chopped nuts (optional) Adds texture and taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh mint leaves (optional) Elevates freshness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Whisk together the vanilla yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Rinse the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries under cold water and pat dry. Slice the strawberries.

Layering

  • In a glass or bowl, layer the yogurt mixture, then add strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, followed by granola.
  • Repeat layers until the glass or bowl is filled.

Finishing Touch

  • Top with yogurt, sprinkle nuts, and add mint leaves.

Serving

  • Let the parfait sit for a few minutes, then serve chilled.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best results. Layer granola last to prevent sogginess.
