Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the shrimp, gently tossing until well covered.
  • Spread the shrimp in a single layer on the lined baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for 8–10 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink and show a slight golden edge.
  • Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp in the garlic and olive oil mixture for 15-30 minutes before cooking. Optional: Add red pepper flakes for spice or cherry tomatoes for sweetness. For crispier shrimp, broil for the last minute of cooking.
