Preparation

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Grill or bake the chicken tenders for 6–7 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing, to maintain juiciness.
