Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cooked chicken with the tzatziki sauce. Toss it well until the chicken is fully coated in the creamy mixture.
  • In a serving bowl, lay down a generous amount of mixed greens as your base. Place the tzatziki-coated chicken on top of the greens.
  • Scatter the sliced red onion and Kalamata olives over the chicken for added crunch and flavor.
  • Optionally, drizzle a little extra tzatziki sauce over the top or garnish with fresh herbs, like parsley or dill. Serve immediately.

Notes

For added crunch, include other vegetables like cherry tomatoes or cucumber slices. You can elevate your tzatziki by adding minced garlic or fresh herbs.
