  • 1/2 cup mixed winter berries (blueberries, raspberries, cranberries) Use fresh, in-season berries if possible.
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional) Adds a hearty crunch.

Assembly

  • In a clear glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt to create a base.
  • Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle half of the chopped pistachios on top.
  • Add half of the winter berries atop the pistachios.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, honey, pistachios, and berries.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
