Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  • Cut the dough into rectangles.
  • Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese and several slices of pepperoni on each rectangle.
  • Fold the dough over to create rolls and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and arrange the rolls on top.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
