Cooking

  • Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the marinated lamb chops to the grill or skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  • Remove the lamb from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate for at least 30 minutes, but overnight is ideal. Consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat. Storing: leftovers can be kept in the refrigerator for up to three days.
