Preparation

  • Slice the Medjool dates lengthwise and remove the pits.
  • Mix ricotta cheese with honey in a bowl until combined.
  • Chop the pistachios and fold them into the ricotta mixture.
  • Spoon the ricotta mixture into each date, allowing it to overflow slightly.
  • Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
  • Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until warm.
