Preparation

  • In a medium heatproof bowl, microwave the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second increments, stirring between each interval until melted and smooth.
  • Carefully insert a lollipop stick into the creamy filling of each Oreo, ensuring it's centered.
  • Holding the Oreo over the melted chocolate, gently spoon the chocolate over both sides until well-coated. Let excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.
  • Arrange the coated Oreos on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 5 to 10 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  • Once cool, use the black icing and a toothpick to draw Jack Skellington's face on the Oreos.
  • Tie a black ribbon in a bow at the base of each Oreo pop.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container. You can freeze them for extended freshness; consume within two weeks for best flavor. Customize with different cookie types or decorations if desired.
