Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil to create a delectable sauce.
  • Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, add the mixed vegetables to the pan and sauté for a few minutes until tender but still crisp.
  • Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to combine, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Serving

Notes
