  • 1/4 cup walnut halves, chopped Toasted for crunch.
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Melts wonderfully and ties the pizza together.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Enhances flavors.
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme Complements brie and cranberries.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Elevates the dish with a lovely glaze.
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes Adds a touch of heat.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and place the mini pizza crusts on a baking sheet.
  • Toast the chopped walnuts in a pan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Warm honey in a small saucepan or microwave and mix it with red pepper flakes.
  • Brush each mini crust with olive oil and sprinkle shredded mozzarella generously on top.
  • Add the brie slices, followed by the dried cranberries, toasted walnuts, and dried thyme.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges of the crust are golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, drizzle with your homemade hot honey, and garnish with fresh arugula or thyme.

Notes

Use high-quality brie and feel free to personalize the toppings to your liking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
