Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to achieve a delightful roast on the cauliflower.
  • Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  • Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and tender.
  • While the cauliflower is roasting, whisk together the tahini, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  • Once the cauliflower is done, drizzle the tahini-honey sauce over it and toss gently to combine.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
