Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add sliced mushrooms and chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet. Cook until the mushrooms are tender.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, brown the chicken on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
