  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing Divided into two 1/4 cup portions.

Main Ingredients

  • 20 slices pepperoni Quartered for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese Creamy and contributes to pizza experience.
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese Adds sharpness.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Brings umami flavor.
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes Quartered, optional for freshness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Boil the fusilli pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with basil pesto and 1/4 cup of Italian dressing. Toss gently.

Mixing Ingredients

  • Fold in the quartered pepperoni, shredded Mozzarella, Cheddar, Parmesan, and cherry tomatoes.
  • Pour in the remaining 1/4 cup of Italian dressing and mix well.

Chill and Serve

  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate until serving. Best served chilled.

Notes

Add olives, diced bell peppers, or crushed red pepper for extra flavor. Use whole wheat or gluten-free pasta for a healthier option. Light vinaigrette can be substituted for pesto.
