Eggs

Seasoning and Extras

Preparation

  • Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, cook the eggs to your preference—fry or poach.
  • Mash the avocado in a bowl and mix in salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread pesto on each slice of toasted bread.
  • Top with mashed avocado evenly.

Notes
