  • 100 grams Pistachio Cream Can be homemade or store-bought.
  • 50 grams Chopped Pistachios Lightly toasting enhances flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate and butter while stirring continuously. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and frothy.
  • Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the sugar and eggs, stirring to combine.
  • In another bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  • Gently swirl in the pistachio cream to create marbled patterns.
  • Line your baking dish with parchment paper and spread the brownie batter evenly into the dish.
  • Sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top.

Baking

  • Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. They should be set at the edges but fudgy in the center.
  • Once done, let the brownies cool in the pan before slicing into squares.

Notes

Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Don't overbake to keep them fudgy. Chill before serving for enhanced flavor. Experiment with toppings for variety.
