Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a very large bowl, combine the pumpkin Cheerios, cinnamon Chex mix, pretzels, almonds, pecans, mini marshmallows, and white chocolate chips. Toss them gently.
  • In a smaller bowl, whisk together honey, maple syrup, and melted butter until it forms a glossy mixture.

Baking

  • Spread the cereal mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the honey syrup evenly over the top.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes, keeping a close eye on it.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the mix to cool for about 5 minutes.

Serving

  • Transfer to a serving bowl, keeping the chunks intact.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks. You can also freeze portions for up to two months.
