Preparation

  • In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and creamy peanut butter until smooth.
  • Slowly mix in the powdered sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and mini chocolate chips.
  • Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap, shape it into a ball, and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until firm.
  • Once chilled, remove from the wrap and roll the ball in mini chocolate chips and additional chopped Reese’s.
  • Serve on a plate with graham crackers, pretzels, cookies, or fruit for dipping.

Notes

To make it lighter, consider using low-sugar alternatives or dairy-free options. Allow proper chilling for the best texture.
