For the Pizza

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage savory and full of flavor
  • 1 cup creamy sausage gravy rich and aromatic
  • 1 piece pre-made pizza crust golden and flaky
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese melted bliss
  • 1/2 cup scrambled eggs light and fluffy
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley vibrant and fresh

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned. Use a spatula to break up the sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  • Once browned, drain excess fat if necessary.
  • Prepare the creamy sausage gravy by adding your preferred amount of milk to the cooked sausage and stirring until it’s thickened to your liking. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Spread the pre-made pizza crust onto a baking sheet or a pizza stone.
  • Carefully pour the sausage gravy over the crust, spreading it evenly.
  • Scatter the scrambled eggs over the gravy.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the entire surface.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute before slicing.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing into wedges and serving hot.

Notes

Optional: Use turkey or chicken sausage for a healthier twist. Consider adding vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
