  • In a large mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Optionally, add a few drops of red food coloring and stir until evenly distributed.
  • Dust your hands and the working surface with cornstarch to prevent sticking.
  • Roll the peppermint mixture into 1-inch balls and flatten slightly to create mint shapes.
  • Roll each shaped mint in granulated sugar for an extra crunchy coating.
  • Place the mints on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours to firm up.

Notes

Ensure ingredients are at room temperature for better blending. You can drizzle melted chocolate over the mints for added flavor. For a healthier option, substitute some powdered sugar with stevia.
