Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray or butter.
  • Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the pan.
  • Layer the sliced fresh strawberries over the pie filling.

Cheesecake Layer

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Add the egg, sugar, and vanilla extract into the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries.

Assembly and Baking

  • Sprinkle the vanilla cake mix evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  • Drizzle the melted butter generously over the cake mix.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool for about 20 minutes before serving.

Notes
