Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Marinate the chicken breast in soy sauce, minced garlic, and chili (if using) for at least 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the mango glaze by blending the ripe mango until smooth. Add more soy sauce if desired.

Cooking

  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sear the marinated chicken until cooked through and golden brown.
  • Pour the mango glaze over the chicken and cook for an additional couple of minutes until well coated and the glaze thickens.

Serving
