Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 540 g white chocolate chips Provides the rich, creamy base for your fudge.
  • 397 g sweetened condensed milk Adds sweetness and creates a luscious texture.
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract Elevates the flavor profile.

Optional Ingredients

  • 2 drops pink or red food coloring For a festive touch.
  • 1 piece heart-shaped cookie cutter Used for cutting heart shapes.
  • 1 g Valentine-themed sprinkles (red, pink, white) Makes your fudge visually appealing.
  • 1 g edible glitter or sugar pearls Optional for added sparkle.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease the parchment with a non-stick spray or a bit of butter.

Cooking

  • In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy.
  • Remove from heat and stir in pure vanilla extract and optional food coloring until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
  • Generously sprinkle Valentine-themed sprinkles over the top of the fudge, lightly pressing them in to stick.
  • Place the fudge in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours, or until completely set and firm.

Finishing Touches

  • Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into heart shapes using the cookie cutter. Any scraps can be re-rolled and cut.

Notes

To ensure perfect fudge: use high-quality ingredients, allow sweetened condensed milk to reach room temperature, and avoid overheating chocolate during melting. Feel free to experiment with different flavors.
