Instructions
 

Preparation

Toasting

  • For oven toasting, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush both sides of bread with olive oil or melted butter, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • For skillet toasting, heat skillet over medium heat, add olive oil or butter, and toast bread slices for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Assembly

  • Spread the whipped ricotta generously over each toasted slice of bread.
  • Add your desired toppings to enhance flavors and textures.
  • Serve immediately while toast is warm.
